From group projects to individual support, Volunteer Services is always looking for people who will make a difference in the lives of the patients we serve. Children's service animals are provided and certified by Paws Across Texas (PAT) (PDF). Help brighten a day and learn how you can get involved in the PAT program, a major hit with our young patients.

A non-profit organization dedicated to rendering efficient and effective service for Children's Medical Center and its patients, the Women's Auxiliary raises funds each year through special projects and programs which benefit the hospital.
The Children's Trust was established in 2002 to nurture the next generation of philanthropic leaders for Children's. Members share a deep interest in pediatric health issues and are dedicated to providing leadership in service and philanthropic support to the hospital.
Children's organized the Safe Kids Dallas Area to help reduce the number of preventable injuries, which are the No. 1 killer of children under age 14.
Campaign efforts target the use of car seats, bicycle safety, drowning prevention and public policies advocating child safety. Educational programs that train community advocates are the Coalition's primary focus.
Childhood injury prevention also is one of the most effective ways to reduce healthcare costs. Prevention efforts not only save society money, but protect children from needless suffering and pain.
