 In March, Children’s Medical Center Dallas opened its new Pavilion Surgery Center, a 34,100-square-foot pediatric surgery facility offering specialized care in a family-friendly environment.
Designed to accommodate patients undergoing out-patient, elective surgery, the state-of-the-art center boasts eight operating rooms, skilled staff, ample waiting areas and free parking. The physical layout and flow is designed to improve efficiency, and the environment is friendly, personalized and focused on family-centered care. The technology capabilities at the surgery center include a real-time charting system in the operating room and a comprehensive data-tracking system. The Pavilion Surgery Center is located at Motor Street and Stemmons Freeway (in the former Menswear Mart building), just blocks from the hospital’s main campus. |
